The Aquarium Club's founders aimed to make an environment that would comply with the most refined demands of fitness and relaxation lovers. The Aquarium is a family club. The club's instructors (sport masters, prizewinners of International competitions, Europe and World record-holders) will help to achieve one's goals in easy and effective way. The Aquarium intends to perfect its facilities from day to day, introducing newer possibilities, newer services, that have no analogues in Ukraine.

Each of the Aquarium's 30 aerobics classes has its own style and intensity level. The Aquarium also offers yoga exercises utilizing both subtle and physical energy and normalizing physiological and emotional condition. The newest computerized equipment in the consulting room will test your physical health. Individual and group exercises will assist you in finding your proper level. Experienced club dietitians will help you to determine your most effective nutritional system.

Aqua aerobics is one of today's most progressive kinds of fitness. It is suitable for anyone, as it does not require any special training. The latest fitness programs allow one to choose the appropriate class and level of aqua aerobics training.

The club boasts 4 swimming pools that will be good for both experienced and non-experienced swimmers. The Grand Pool is 25 meters long, and 1.5-4 meters deep. The pool is equipped with trampolines and diving boards and is surrounded with tropical plants.

The huge complex of Aqua Attractions bordering with the Grand Pool is the only one in Ukraine. It's a place where one may splash in cross currents, balance on the water slide and of course, go down its raging stream.

The 12-meters diving pool with adjustable bottom is meant for divers only. In this pool diving instructors conduct individual diving, underwater orientation, underwater photography classes, and also, they may reveal the secrets of underwater hunting. Special illumination creates an illusion of diving into the waters of a real sea.

One will benefit from exercising in the cardio-vascular hall, free-weights gym and two resistance-exercise machines gyms. Gyms are equipped with various cardio-vascular machines, fitness and resistance machines. "Hammer Strength" machines for professional bodybuilding provide maximum results.

Personal training is also provided at the club as an extra service. This is considered to be the most effective way to work out at the gym.

The club's little clients are treated with special care. The kids will be carefully guided through all the activities. Special instructors and babysitters will look after the kids while their parents are engaged in other activities.
