The Agreement of payment is to guarantee that in case you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date you will pay cancellation fee via credit card. You can book accommodation using one of the following methods:

If you book by fax or e-mail the following information should be specified:

Full name and surname

Citizenship

Arrival and departure date

Hotel name

Type of rooms

Number of adults, children

Form of payment

Additional services: Airline tickets, excursions etc.

In case you do not arrive or cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before arrival date you will be obliged to pay the cost of the room as a cancellation fee.
